Project: How do you get an army of 20-something big-box sales associates to extoll the myriad of features and benefits Digital Life has to offer? You create a film fest, just for them.
With a limited budget (always), we developed seven short films featuring one actor, two locations and two illustrators to address each of the issues that AT&T would face as they introduced this new product at retail.
Results: Employee retention went up over 5x and AT&T converted over a million new customers to their connected home platform since the videos launched in late 2016.
